TIMELINE
Timeframes may vary for every project, depending on the site location and scale of development. We work efficiently with our clients and contractors and guiding you through the journey. We provide realistic timeframes based on our experience. The process of design and concept stage to construction completion typically takes within 2 to 8 weeks from initial consultation. Timeframes may also vary depending on Council/ authority’s assessment and other consultant’s (i.e., engineers, certifiers) timeframes.
COST
Our full-service design and documentation fees are based on the scale and complexity of your project. When you engage with us, we’ll provide you with a detailed fee proposal outlining the scope of work tailored specifically to your project’s needs. Our proposal serves as a comprehensive guide, and we provide transparency and clarity on our scope of works and fees.
